A practical guide for the plateau phase.

The plateau is normal

Every practice has a plateau. The plateau means the method is still wiring in; it does not mean failure.

What to do

  1. Shrink the evidence window. Look for one micro shift per week.
  2. Change one variable. Try a different time of day, a shorter session, or a new anchor.
  3. Take one action. Evidence follows behavior.
  4. Compare to your start. You may have already shifted more than you think.
