The plateau is normal
Every practice has a plateau. The plateau means the method is still wiring in; it does not mean failure.
What to do
- Shrink the evidence window. Look for one micro shift per week.
- Change one variable. Try a different time of day, a shorter session, or a new anchor.
- Take one action. Evidence follows behavior.
- Compare to your start. You may have already shifted more than you think.
