Doubt is normal
Doubt is not the enemy. It is the mind doing its job: scanning for threats. The problem is not the doubt; it is the belief that doubt means stop.
What to do with doubt
- Name it. “I am having the thought that this won’t happen.”
- Separate it from action. You can doubt and still act.
- Find one piece of evidence. One small sign, one mood shift, one action.
- Make the practice smaller. Tiny wins rebuild trust.
The reframe
You do not need 100% belief. You need enough belief to take the next step. That is always available.
