Waiting for the final outcome is like weighing yourself once after one workout. Track attention, mood, opportunity, and small signs instead.

  1. Choose one 10-20 second scene that implies the desire is fulfilled.
  2. Close your eyes and see it through your own eyes.
  3. Add sound, touch, and emotional tone.

When to switch methods
